    To use our Service, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Provide accurate and complete registration information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree to use Fursah only for lawful purposes. You may not:

    • Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
    • Attempt to access accounts or data of other users
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
    • Resell or redistribute leads without authorization
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond intended functionality

    5. Subscription and Payments

    Free Trial

    New users receive a 7-day free trial with limited features. No credit card is required for the trial period.

    Paid Subscriptions

    Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

    Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

    6. Lead Data and Accuracy

    Fursah provides leads based on AI analysis of public social media comments. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all leads represent genuine buyer intent or will result in successful transactions. Lead quality may vary, and you are responsible for verifying lead information before engaging.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of Fursah, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Fursah and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

    8. Third-Party Platforms

    Fursah analyzes data from third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram). We are not affiliated with these platforms, and our Service is subject to their terms of service and any changes they may implement. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party platform data.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fursah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

    10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
